WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THIS SERVICE?
ONCE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM, WHERE YOU MUST ENTER ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ACCURATELY, WE WILL PROCESS THE INFORMATION AND SEND IT THROUGH OUR CHANNELS TO META MANAGERS AND CONTACTS WE HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS (BOTH FOR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM). Our collection work (once the order has been placed) will take a few hours, and we will notify you when we have finished with a screenshot of the work sent. The service for attempting to recover your Instagram or Facebook account has a one-time fixed cost (starting at €90 for accounts with no more than 3,500 followers). The cost increases slightly for “large” accounts, and the digital system will automatically calculate the fee. Then, within a few working days, or even a few hours (the times are indicative and do not depend on us; sometimes it can take several more days for a positive response from META, while other times it may arrive sooner), if the recovery is successful, the user/customer will receive an email from META to automatically regain possession of the account.

So, do we guarantee that your account will be recovered? No. However, we guarantee that we will do everything we can to get it back for you because we are a reputable company that follows the only possible methods, namely contacting META directly through our channels. From experience, we can tell you that in the case of permanent deactivation, the success rate is around 60%. In the case of two-factor hacking, the success rate is around 70%. Sometimes, due to other factors related to your accounts (each case is different due to usernames), it may be slightly more difficult or easier.

Please note: every request we receive is “extremely important and a matter of life and death” for each user. We understand how important your accounts are, but for your and our assurance, we would like to confirm two things:
1 – We will do everything in our power to help you regain possession of your accounts, but each case is always different from the others.
2 – Effective recovery always depends on META (in the case of hacking, also on other factors that we cannot disclose here…). We act as intermediaries (directly and indirectly through other private channels…). No one else except META (or those who work there…) can recover accounts, and anyone who tells you otherwise (in our opinion, of course) is lying. So stay calm and don’t freak out…it’s useless. No marketing agency (including us) or anyone else, in our opinion, can directly intervene in accounts (technically impossible). Unfortunately, these things happen…so please be patient.
