The Instagram account pre-analysis service for the recovery attempt has a fixed one-off cost of €90 (including VAT if applicable to your status). The cost of this service is to cover our labour costs and is not subject to a refund policy in any way regardless of whether it can be performed after recovery or not. Within 7 working days (time may vary in some special cases, but usually this is it) of sending this form you will be notified/received by email or phone. In the event of a positive outcome of the recovery, the user/customer agrees to pay an additional €110.00 within 24 hours of the eventual reactivation of the account (return of possession in the event of hacking), in the event of a negative outcome no further payment will be due. By submitting this digital form you expressly accept these terms and conditions. Please note: we are not liable for any other actions you may have taken with your account in the past or which you carry out after submitting the form (e.g. but not limited to: using illegal and/or shady procedures to try to regain possession of your account).
